Simply Fast is a minimalistic, no-frills app to help you achieve your time-restricted fasting goals. It is available on iPhone and Apple Watch, and provides the same configuration options on both. Changes made on either of the paired devices will be synced across to the other. Under the hood it is not as simple as it looks. Every aspect of the app including the color scheme is carefully designed to make it as user friendly, practical and effective as possible. Good luck with your diet. Wish you health and happiness!

* No sign-in or account needed to use the app.

* Configure starting time and the duration of your fasting window.

* Starting time can be any time of the day from 12:00 am to 12:00 pm, in half hour increments only, for example 12:00 am, 12:30 am, 1:00 am etc.

* Fasting durations (in hours) supported are 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19.

* The app sends one notification each to notify the start of fasting window and eating window.

* On Apple Watch, all the currently available complications are supported.

[Important]

* You should consult with your doctor before embarking on or changing the schedule of a fasting diet.

* This app does not support full day fasting schedules as required in the case of intermittent fasting diets like 5:2.

* It does not track, log, analyze or display your fasting history.

* In timezones with daylight savings, there will be an increase/decrease in the duration of the diet window that falls around the changeover hours.
